'I really like this property and the staff is always wonderful. My only complaint is that they have discontinued their afternoon cookies, free parking, and self-pour half and half at breakfast. Those small touches have always made it a little more special. This my fifth stay and I was sad to see the changes. I always choose Hilton as a Hilton honors member, and it is discouraging when amenities are downgraded.'

'We needed a last-minute hotel stay. My husband was scheduled for day surgery at UNC. Late the day before we were informed he had to check in at the hospital at 5:30 am. Being that we live over 50 miles away, we needed to quickly find an overnight hotel stay. Based on reviews and the closeness of this hotel to UNC Hospitals, we booked with Holiday Inn Express Chapel Hill by IHG. Everything was perfect for our needs.
