'Clean facilities, very pleasant host'

'The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.'

'Great little property for our family of 4. Great location with an open grassy area out the front door and quick/easy access to the pool and workout room! Need a little better directions for first arrival since the door is not facing a roadway. It was a bit hard to find when we first got there but figured it out. Maybe an added map from the front gate to the parking spot and then the walk to the front door.Other than that, everything was great!'

'The house is awesome! The host communication is always on point. I always book this house for my trips to Casa Grande. '

'Great place to stay'

'Wonderful House! Great for a business trip!'

'My wife stayed and said it was very nice and comfortable. However, when she arrived the garbage can was full to the top and she carried it out to the road for pick up. Other than that she was very pleased.'

'Great stay. Would stay here again!'

'The host is very accommodating and easy to work with. My group has stayed in this home for several years and would definitely rent this property again.'
