'Upon checking in, we were greeted by several men sitting on the floor on both sides of the very long hallway. It gave me homeless shelter vibes. I counted at least 6 people sitting in the hallway. This should not be allowed. It was very creepy and unacceptable! No hotel should allow this. I didn't want to leave my wife alone to get water, snacks, etc.. It's a shame because the room itself was decent. Overall, a very bad experience. '

'The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew.
