The biggest ding for me is the showers: old, nasty shower curtains and mold in the tiles of the main BR, shower. It was freezing most of the time! There’s small outlet heaters in the basement but they don’t work well. Turning the thermostat up made the kitchen an inferno. The bedding is cheap/thin. Found extras in the closet...
