'Lekker rustig, prima bed, Goed geslapen en een prachtig zwembad'

'The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!'

'The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.'

'Loved the resort. My room was just so far back that the walk to anything was too long to be enjoyable. Other than that, I really liked the views'

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. Verder was de kamer prima en buiten was alles mooi verzorgd. Bij het zwembad kreeg je flesjes water. Een prima locatie om even tot rust te komen.'

'Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably...
