'The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean. My greatest dislike was the property was not easily accessible on foot to get to the restaurants or pools. Extreme hills. Cannot walk in heels. They have golf carts to take you around but I was not expecting this. Not convenient. I was very disappointed. I’m a walker so getting around was difficult. Hiking nearby but didn’t feel safe.. '

'place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.'
