'My family and I had a tough job to do. We lost our mom a few months ago and had to clean out a house that she owned and had been renting to a very messy tenant. We spend 5 days cleaning a dirty, disgusting house and it was super nice to come back to a clean, orderly space that had plenty of space for all of us.'

'I loved the cottage...very clean and cute...the road getting back to it needs a little clean up...smoother...we drove our Dodge Challenger...we ended up bottoming out...we drove my brothers car back that night so that was fine...and just one more thing, but not a big deal...need to have a few more outlets or extention cords available. We love it tho and I will be back sometime. '

'I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! We were blessed with a spectacular sunset (pretty sure that was not included in the extras) and the weather cooperated for a memorable stay. The roosters greeted the morning but were far...

'This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable.'

'There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working '

'The property itself was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our time and stay. The party barn and playset outside the kids really enjoyed. Us adults spent a lot of time in the hot tub. We are planning on renting another property of steven's at the end of the month. Overall experience was 5 stars in our eyes'

'Great place and host! Only slight downfall was the outdoor trash cans were very full and very smelly. Also the yard had not been mowed all year which was just a small inconvenience when playing yard games. But overall a very fun and good experience!'
