'Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!'

'I can't imagine there being a better place to stay in Ames!'

'Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.'

'I was so impressed with this hotel. They were so friendly. The hotel was one of the most CLEAN places I've stayed. The morning breakfast was an added bonus. Great food with eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, cereal, juices, fruit etc. I would stay here every time when in Iowa. Thak you to the staff for making me feel comfortable.'

'Older property with limited useful plugs. The refrigerator wasn't working, after plugging it in the other outlet it worked. Ok for a quick overnight stay.'
