'The unit was as advertised and clean. Like the listing says, the property is still being rebuilt from hurricane damage but there was one indoor pool and one outdoor pool in operation. No bar or restaurant but the condo has a microwave and small two-burner stove. The unit has some extra touches like a small snack bag, beach chairs and toiletries that made kind and homey touches. Owner was responsive to questions and we had a very nice two-night stay.'

'Great accommodations for a single/couple. Location 2 blocks from dipping your toes in the Atlantic and a bike ride away from everywhere I wanted to be. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything needed. Definitely will be looking to book this again.'

'Our state was good check in was easy. Don’t stop by the front desk. Just go to the room and enter the code in the box to get in the beds were nice. Comfortable floors seemed a little gritty not too bad. the building is old and has need for renovation some spots, but unfortunately, it was a little chilly and needed some heat, but the property manager did not know how to get the heat to work and I thought it was a little bit overpriced at 210 a night.'

'Very clean condo. Perfect if you have little ones, the beach view from the balcony was so nice. The neighbors are all very sweet. Had a little trouble with the code checking in, but the host was quick to help. We grilled every night downstairs by the pool which was awesome. The beach is so close and there were pool noodles in the closet that the kids were able to play with, and the beach towels were a great addition. Ormond beach is a nice quiet town.
