'Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around...

'From the very beginning, the host was amazing the easy check-in process location of the property. Everything from beginning to end was amazing and easy. Highly recommend this property to many others. The festivities at the European village are amazing. Lots of bars lots of restaurants. You don’t have to go anywhere. '

'This unit is on the ground floor and not far from the pool with the beach just beyond. The beach is near the Cocoa Beach Pier with many dining and lounge options. The unit is beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time! The host is very responsive to communication and truly wants the guests to have a great experience. The kitchen appliances and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The only minor negatives were the absence of a larger frying pan and sauce...

'Very good place to stay. Very well organized and accommodating host. Check-in was easy with clear instructions from host. There is an assigned covered garage parking spot. Many restaurants to walk to, farmer’s market on Sunday. Not sure if it was just an occasion or they do this every Friday and Saturday, but they had live music in the courtyard. One can listen from the balcony or while walking around or having dinner as all places have outdoor seating. '

'Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.'

'We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.'
