'As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy'

'Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.'

Ondanks dat de locatie op 100m afstand lag van de Hollywood Blvd. was het toch opvallend rustig in het appartement. Minpunt was dat opvallend veel lampen stuk waren in de kamer. Maar verder geen last gehad hiervan.'

'This awesome gem of a property is hidden away up in Hollywood Hills, in fact it felt like being away in Italy rather than the US as we left all the hustle and bustle behind as we headed uphill, but is still a very short drive to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. The property is very clean and very quiet. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. 'We spent 3 nights in this charming house the last weekend in April while visiting family. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and the beds and living room furniture were extremely high quality and comfortable. It awarded us both the logistics we needed, and the ability to comfortably have the family over for hanging out at the end of the day and to bring in breakfast a couple of times. 'We could not have found a better, more lovely space to stay in Hollywood Hills! Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!'

'Very helpful, cooperative and available owner. A few suggestions: More mats for bathroom -- floor is as slippery as ice in and out of the shower; MBR TV is very difficult to operate, and needs new remote. Electronics / remotes in main liv rm floor are confusing. Parking for one car only, and takes some practice. View is the best we've ever seen in L.A. Roads are very narrow but not a big problem. Good beds.Good storage.'

'The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.'
