'The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area, close to the lake and the start of the magnificent mile. The breakfast area is nice and so is the lobby. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. 'There with a friend for a concert - we wanted someplace with easy access to the L Train. This was definitely it! We were on the 2nd floor with a window right next to the tracks and could barely hear the train go by. Didn't hear any of our neighbors, and the staff was always helpful and friendly! '

'Stayed here for Lolla weekend. Staff was amazing & did everything they could to help us check in early. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are dated and do not have a lot of good outlets to use for charging devices, but I would definitely stay again for its location and quality service. '
