'This property is a great location to stay to walk to town. So many places to see and all along the way to city center! The neighborhood is very quiet.'

'This home is has it all. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. Tony was an excellent, responsive host. Plenty of room. Very clean. Comfortable and classy. They even had coffee KCups stocked in the kitchen. Being able to use the grill was a plus. The home is in a secluded area, yet is still a quick ten minutes away from town. The house is even better than the pictures in the listing showed.'

'This place was very cute, clean, and near so many fun things to do in downtown Frederick. Carroll Creek is a short walk away, and Baker Park is only a little bit further. There are plenty of shops and places to eat.'

'Beautiful, spacious house.'

'Disclaimer: not a guest that likes to reach out to the host during a stay. I do message ahead to confirm things.TL;DR: place overall neat, host nice, likely more ideal if just humans. Great view off the deck. Multiple TVs. A French press & water kettle available if you bring coffee & tea. Water cooler worked well. Not as secluded* as exterior pictures indicate. Pets restricted to main living room and kitchen area. —-Place was clean. Been curious about art frame TVs, neat to see them in action....

'The house was centrally located for all that we wanted to do in the area. We enjoyed the easy access to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The outside patio area was nice and we would have taken more advantage but it was way too hot in MD that week. The off street parking was nice as well. Be mindful the house is 165 years old, with narrow stairs and hallway but we had no complaints about our stay.'

'Was nice place'

'The only feedback is that the air conditioning didn't work but since the weather was good it wasn't much of a factor.'

'The house is located in the hills in a quiet area. The house is spacious, recently renovated and it shows. The kitchen is great, we spent the holidays here. If we are in the area again we will definitely come back!'

'Love the house and the front porch. The location was excellent. Our favorite time was spending shady mornings in the back yard patio. What a lovely place to stay!!!!!!!'
