'Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.'

'Perfect place to stay!'
