'This place had a great view of the city. They taut the rooftop deck but it is not open any other time than when the bar is open. Would be nice if they had frozen non alcoholic drinks or refreshments up there to enjoy. Maybe an hor d'oeuvres hour to allow the guest to come enjoy the deck first come first serve to allow for occupancy. The grounds of downtown in Cincinnati are beautiful. 'I booked this room back in May & paid $246 for it in full. Checked in late afternoon, went to the Reds game, and came back. Slept, showered, and left early the next morning. Noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged $10 (for what I do not know). Not worth the time to call about; guess they figure it is an easy way to make a few extra bucks.'

'I stayed here because the conference I was attending was in the hotel, so I took advantage of the discount and convenience. I wish I hadn’t, because it absolutely was not worth it. The ceiling and walls are quite literally falling apart. I almost got trapped in one of the rickety elevators, which I had no choice not to take because my room was on the 28th floor. 'Checked in and confirmed we had a room with two beds and a sofa bed for 5 guests. The room didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and only 3 towels for showering. Requested additional towels and wash cloths and bedding. 5 hours later they had not yet arrived. It was now 11:30pm. Went to the front desk requested again. 30 minutes later we were brought a blanket and 3 towels. We were told there are no wash cloths or sheets available.'

'One reason why I made the reservations was because of the proximity to the Riverwalk and it was advertised to have a rooftop bar. However it was closed for renovations and the restaurant seemed to have limited hours. For the price of the room, a voucher for “good” coffee at the restaurant should be available at no charge for registered guests at check in.'
