'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'The hotel is old and showing its age. A refresh is due! The location is convenient to all of downtown Cincinnati. Museums, ballparks all within walking distance. The true beauty of the hotel is its staff. It starts at the top with the manager, Shondale. She is helpful, professional and bubbly. A special shout out to Anthony and Kelly. It was an honor to meet them.'

'The entire property was unique every room was composer themed. It was very well maintained for the age and style of the property. There was live music at the bar when we arrived back at the hotel from an evening out. And of course you have chandeliers in a nice parking garage like that'
