'First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

'We really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. The jetted tub in our room was wonderful. We walked across the street to see a good movie. Thanks for making this a really nice getaway!'

'The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel'
