'We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from UC. Awesome location for a night out at the Banks! Only wish the Reds had been in town! Check in was a little tricky, but host’s directions were perfect (more user error!) and hosts were very helpful and communicative! Will stay here again next trip to Cincy!!'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'What I liked: clean room, the atmosphere, food especially the breakfast buffet, and the staff was very nice! What i didn't like as much: lack of communication about the free breakfast/need for vouchers and how to check out. We also problems with the room phone.'
