The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially helping us out when there was an unexpected snow storm that led to power outage. Brought us over buckets and flashlights and offered us to move to another property. We loved this property so much that we decided to stay on. Cannot recommend this property and Kim and Renee enough. 'Recently spent 4 nights at this rental and had a wonderful time! The house is very close to ITS trails so no need to trailer anywhere, could ride directly from residence. House was very clean and comfortable. Access to the garage to house our sleds at night and the basement room to keep all our gear were perfect!!Thank you for a great stay!'

'As advertised. Clean, spacious, modern. This is a remote area and a fantastic way to leave everything behind. There's no cell service here (by my carrier, at least), so it was actually nice to not be bothered by incoming texts. The on-site wifi is very strong, so you can stay connected if you wish. There was some good fishing on the river - right in the backyard. At night while lying in bed the gentle breeze creates a white-noise effect on the roof, lulling you to sleep. We'd definitely...

'Great stay!!!! Big parking lot out back for trucks and snowmobile trailers. Trail just down the street that leads to Katahdin General Store for fuel. Worked just as we needed for our week long snowmobile trip.'

'The house has plenty of sleeping space. Also ample parking space for multiple cars or a truck and trailer. The location is just up the hill from the start/finish line of the Millinocket Marathon as well as all that main street has to offer. This is an ideal home base for hiking, rafting, or even a snowmobiling group. It's not fancy, but a comfortable space with all you need for exploring the incredible beauty of the surrounding woods, waters and mountains. '
