'All comms prior to our stay were great & guided us in until the day we arrived.The entrance to Arya was a lovely surprise more hotel than apartment block.The apartment itself was perfect for us from cleanliness, through to facilities & location. With the addition of a chilled bottle of wine & water we were super happy.The only issue we had was with WiFi connection for the TV which was porr & we kept losing signal'

'When I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand.'

'The room is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and basic needs. Easy check-in/out process. Location in Coconut Grove is excellent to walk to all the nearby restaurants, stores, and marina. I had a car and didn't move it for the weekend.'

'We enjoyed our long weekend in Coconut Grove. This corner condo has an amazing view of the bay from all rooms plus a wrap around the corner balcony on the 12th floor.The extra half bath in a one bedroom unit is a plus too. It is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and marina. We hope to return!'
