'Expedia showed this hotel available. I paid right away on line. When I arrived I was told by the front desk clerk they were sold out so sorry call Expedia. Expedia rep says she called property to confirm but no one answered. Still waiting on resolution. But the lobby Was pretty'

'Free breakfast was terrible. Staff working it coughed all over food & people. Room floor was filthy. Socks were black after walking around room, looks like they don’t mop them. Phone missing buttons so couldn’t call front desk. No housekeeping for 2night stay. TV programming was ancient. Shower had broken off shelves. Will never stay here again. Other choices that are just as close or not closer to the college.'

'Be aware they actually charge your security deposit on your credit card, not just a hold like most hotels and it takes 7 to 10 days to be refunded and they charge you a 6% transaction fee (way more than the credit card company is charging them)so you don't get the entire security deposit back.'

'Our stay was wonderful. Situated in a beautiful setting, but convenient to downtown. Very quiet and everyone was very friendly. Definitely planning on staying again.'

'Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen in The Cypress Inn. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was heel fraai. Ook de locatie was heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een rivier met een mooi wandelpad. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en de sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Een echte aanrader.'
