'I enjoyed my stay very much the rooms are clean the bed is cozy and the breakfast buffet so good !!!'

'The hotel was in a great location. Views were outstanding. The room was perfect for our stay. Jorge was so pleasant at the front concierge desk and incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was okay (not sure why they serve Tilapia in their fish fingers when the Ocean is right in front of them). BTW. An amazing place for seafood is just up the street at 7 Seas. Do that !!! The front desk lady was unfriendly, gave us the map to our room without explaining how to get there and when...

'Make sure you buy the trip insurance. Otherwise you are not covered if you have to end your trip 2 days early due to a death in the family. It’s all about the money with these companies. I never asked for compensation. It started off with an inquiry about checking out of the property 2 days earlier. Expedia personnel suggested that I ask for the unused portion be returned.'

'The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.'

'a lot of miscommunication and not accommodating at all for a lot of situations where problems were faced'

'Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded.'

Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no...

'Clean, older, basic, cool air, roomy, close to Costco, beach is high bank, surfing beach, nice view, apt next to street, basic no frills pool but clean, lacking for restaurants. Only stayed a couple nights. We live 2 hours north and use Cabo as a staging area to fly to the states. Overall a good “ overnight” hotel but I would not vacation there.'

'The staff was great, beautiful and clean rooms, beautiful pools.'

'Staff were great.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus. The hotel was amazing, great food, great drinks and wonderful and polite staff who greeted us and helped us everyday. We very much enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again.'

'El lugar perfecto para desconectar y volver a conectar'
