'Amabilidad y profesionalismo el trato de las recepcionistas.'

'Room was clean, staff were friendly, free breakfast was good (they even had chicken, better than free breakfast at some other places). There's a food court (Mercado; the seafood place Isla Serena is amazing), pharmacy, nail salon nearby which was useful. I thought 1100 pesos for regular mani and pedi were kind of expensive so I went into San Jose town but it was 1000 pesos so pretty much the same. I went to the Westin nearby a lot because I was here for a wedding there. The Uber pick up/ drop...

'Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good location for Costco, Walmart/Soryiana shopping.'

'A beautiful place and wonderful experience! A perfect location between the beach and marina and super helpful staff.'

'Was supposed to have a "Luxury Studio", turned out to be anything but. Tiny with no fridge or microwave - faucet in bathroom was falling off. Complained to reception and they were willing to give me a "upgrade" at $360. This place is all about nickel and dime. They charge for everything. If you chose non inclusive, be prepared to pay outrageous prices for everything. Nothing is complimentary - bottle of water in the room was $5.00. Visited 4 years ago and was nothing like this. Never again.'

'Llegué al hotel a media noche y no me avisaron que no tenía agua el hotel hasta que ya estaba ahí. Tuve que llamar al personal de expedia y tuve que conseguir otro hotel a media noche. No había tantas opciones disponibles. Antes de llegar recomiendo preguntar si tienen agua o no.'

'The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.'

'I love this place. There were so many great things about it. The staff was incredible. Every one of them. All helpful and kind. The food was amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. we’re'

'The pools are great. Rooms are outdated but huge, if you have more than 4 people you’ll get a pretty good size suite. Has a Mojave dessert aesthetic.'

'Great place.'
