'Absolutely superb'

'The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.'

'Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. 'Great experience'

'Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada.

'Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip. The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can...
