'The staff and the views here are amazing. The rooms though are not clean. Over my 3 night stay my room had a scorpion, several cockroaches, a gecko, and beetles. I was moved to a new room because my first one was not clean (had tooth paste scum all over the counters). My new room had the same stains, and in the shower. The door to the adjoining room also didn’t lock which felt unsafe. The staff did fix that once I brought it to their attention. Bed is very hard.
I would not recommend staying...

'The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The views are absolutely beautiful, and while the resort is quite large, the staff is always ready to take you around, which makes getting around very convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!'
