'One of the best trips we had done in the Caribbean this trip was #10 #1 to Cozumel. Scuba diving was really good all the staff was helpful specially Victor with cleaning and helping fix a problem I had with my gear. Coaky and Pueblo were great dive masters. Food was ok at 2 of the restaurants other 2 were good just pricey for what they are we did half food on resort other half took a taxi to town. Would advise going day one to mega store and getting some extra drinks beer and snacks for room was...

'Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at...

'Don’t expect good customer service at this resort. Check in and restaurant reservations are very unorganized. People jumping in front of others that have been waiting. DO NOT RESERVE THE ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH! It was a disaster. During our dinner the Lights shut off (then we were attacked by swarms of bugs in our food) and we had to finish it in the restaurant. It was suppose to be romantic and just us but we finished with others and subjected to crying babies and cold lobster and steak....

'Kijk verder! Wij hebben bijna 2 uur gewacht tot onze kamer klaar was, terwijl er stond dat we er na 3 uur in konden. Toen we bij de kamer aankwamen stond de deur open want het slot was geforceerd en lag eruit de latten waar de deur in moest vallen was helemaal doormidden. De zwembaden zijn echt heel erg vies!!! Echt veelste veel appartementen voor de buitenruimte die ze aanbieden! Ja de Mexicanen die er werken zijn onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam net als in heel Mexico en jawel dat moet gezegd...
