'When traveling with children make sure you are paying for all of them ahead of time. Make sure you have receipts and screenshots of your entire transaction because this became a big issue upon arrival. So just make sure that Expedia isn’t giving you false advertisements. Otherwise it’s a cozy hotel not that big. It does not have a waterpark. It has the main pool and then a very small pool once you cross the street by where the ocean is I would say diving into the ocean isn’t really very smaller...

'Dreams Cape Cozumel did not meet expectations. The ac was not cooling, and when it did it sounded like someone had a jackhammer tearing out a wall. The beds are comfortable; HBO was in English. We booked a week stay, and for the first three days we showered with tepid water, far from warm, tolerable to say the least. Maintenance adjusted the water temp, attempted to repair the ac banging. Our group of 10 people couldn't sit together unless we were all at the hostess desk together. It was as if...

'A very clean and comfortable boutique resort and on one of Cozumels best beach. Perfect for sunsets, it’s not a new crisp hip modern hotel, but very clean, comfortable bed, cold ac and plenty of hot water. Good Mexican style buffet breakfast comes with the price. The staff is very kind and friendly. It is located on the Northern hotel zone so it is very quiet, close to downtown and quick trip to the airport.'

'El servicio fue excelente, el buffet de desayuno estaba rico, la atención del personal fue excelente y amable en todo momento. El gimnasio está perfectamente equipado. La habitación estaba siempre limpia, con suficientes toallas, y con una excelente vista en el balcón. El único pequeño inconveniente es que el área de playa con el que cuenta la propiedad es un poco reducido, pero que realmente no opaca en absoluto la excelente experiencia que se obtiene de toda la estancia.'
