'It was a time share hotel. The other pool that was not the preferred pool was a lot more fun then the preferred one. The buffet was just nasty. The restaurant by the pier was definitely the best place to eat. The drinks were good all around. Our shower flooded the restroom. The room above us also leaked down our shower wall. Never used room service so I can’t speak on that. The weight staff and waitresses were actually pretty good everywhere we went. We did get good service on cleaning our room...

'Amazing stay. Amazing wait staff. Beautiful beach and rooftop pool. Food was overall good. Only negative was lack of clear instructions from front desk at check in providing information of the resort (where to obtain towels with card and where room was).'

'El hotel no cuenta con un servicio eficiente se Aire Acondicionado o ventiladores en zonas cerradas o semiabiertas, como lo son el restaurante para desayunos y cenas, en donde el a/c simplemente no funcionaba y no hay un solo ventilador. Lo mismo ocurre en algunas estancias del lobby y en la discoteca... Muy molesto tener que comer empapado en sudor

'Ubicación increíble, con increible acceso al mar y se puede ir a muchos sitios andando. Camas muy cómodas, baño enorme,cocina equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpio y seguro. La gerente y el personal son muy muy amables.

'Prachtig resort, niet te groot.
Helaas weinig vegetarische opties in het restaurant, maar als je het vraagt, maken ze iets voor je bij het diner. Buffet was ook niet zo uitgebreid.
Maar super leuk om er paar dagen te verblijven in een kamer met zicht op zee en de cruiseschepen.'
