'Primero no tenían mi reserva, después mi cuarto no estaba listo y me hicieron esperar en lobby ya que tenía mi computadora conmigo y no me dejaban resguardarla por qué no se podían hacer responsables. Perdí mucho tiempo en todo el proceso cuando lo único que quería era disfrutar de mi fin de semana. Es una propiedad bonita por la playa pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Además, todo el tiempo que firmaba algo al cuarto me comentaban que no aparecía mi reserva.'

'We love the layout of the resort. But were a little disappointed with the service this trip. We had trouble with our room phone, which made it difficult to order room service. Several of the restaurants werent open, so we were limited on choices. No hot water for the shower in our room. Our swim out pool was always dirty and full of bugs and the wifi was terrible. The staff was very nice as always. The resort is remodeling so it was somewhat noisy during the day.'
