'Before we arrived at the hotel, we received a form to fill out with all our details. A few days before our arrival, we were required to check in online to avoid waiting at the hotel. However, on the day of our arrival, we still had to wait about half an hour to check in again. Toen we bij de kamer aankwamen stond de deur open want het slot was geforceerd en lag eruit de latten waar de deur in moest vallen was helemaal doormidden. De zwembaden zijn echt heel erg vies!!! Echt veelste veel appartementen voor de buitenruimte die ze aanbieden! Ja de Mexicanen die er werken zijn onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam net als in heel Mexico en jawel dat moet gezegd...
