'Great communication'

'Our stay at Tranquil Culver Hideaway – 15 min to the beach, LAX and DTLA was overall excellent. The location felt very convenient and central for getting around Los Angeles. It was not too far from most major areas. The only issue was the parking situation. The property has four units and four parking spaces, but parking did not seem to be guaranteed. 'Nice place, nice neighborhood (though parking a second vehicle isn’t so easy). Place is well-appointed, good appliances and gear in kitchen. Plentiful dry goods (Kleenex, tp, etc.). Comfy for 10 days.Negative: new appliances and thermostat but no instructions. AC kept coming on (and freezing us out) every night at 9pm. Coffee maker wonky (no instructions). Owner was responsive night one, much less thereafter.'

'It is a wonderful place to stay in Los Angeles for work and for tourism. This place is sweet and quiet and in a very walkable safe area. I love Culver City! Everything was perfect! I would recommended without hesitation to friends and colleagues. I hope to stay here again when I am in Los Angeles!'
