'Great location, but the traffic on la Cienega blvd can get hectic. Amazing home. Some of the rooftop furniture should be refurbished, especially that Egg chair…not stable enough for anyone to sit in. Person actually fell out of it due to the lack of it being sturdy! '

'The place was just as listed. We needed a lot of rooms and beds and this fit the bill. We were arriving early for check in day and the place was ready prior due to it being unoccupied the day prior so the host allowed us to check in early which was great and appreciated. Plenty of towels. Overall would stay again. '

'Very clean, nicely decorated historic house that is very spacious. Convenient driveway for parking as parking can be hectic in Long Beach. Location is ideal with our favorite restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. '

'Great spot - awesome amenities, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Host very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone hosting a group of people. I liked the shakers, bottle openers, the games, and the folding tables. All were great!'

'We had an amazing time at the “house up on the hills.” The property was in great condition and easily housed a family of 5. The hosts were very attentive with communications leading up to the trip and extremely helpful during our arrival. I would highly recommend renting the property and would certainly stay again the next time we’re in LA. '

'This home was fantastic for my family while we were visiting our extended family in LA. There were a ton of thoughtful touches that made it a great place to stay with our little ones. The garage is a bit snug so a compact car would be a plus but we were able to fit two small SUV’s with some careful maneuvering. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of awesome things to do and see. '

'The property was very very clean, spacious, and updated. The owners were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had immediately! The check in and check out was smooth. We will def stay with them again if we need a house in that area. '

'We are a repeat guest! This property is well provisioned and spacious. The sectional in the main living space is an improvement over the sofa during our first stay. Although we spend most of our time out and about with family while staying here it would be a great place to just relax. We recommend a walk to Sirens, a local coffee shop, and the Maritime Museum.'

'House is very modern and beautiful. Nice finishes. Great for a friends hang, plenty of communal spaces to gather. Was an easy uber to/from Hollywood Bowl where we were attending some concerts. Would stay again.'
