'If you are looking to explore different parts of the Cape then this is the perfect location for you! Close to bay side for low tide, close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close drive to Province Town as well. All with the perfect comforts of home. If you are looking for a quiet location with all the amenities of home then this is the perfect place. We were thrilled with our stay! The host, Hazel, made it a perfect stay for us! '

'My husband and I had a great weekend stay! The location was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop for breakfast and then took our bikes down the beautiful Shining Sea Trail to Woods Hole for the day. We did not need to drive at all. Listing was accurate, and check in was easy. Shared bathroom was well managed. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.'

'A lovely, private, and quiet location in Brewster. Tom’s garage apartment, nestled among the trees, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom was a gracious host and even though we never met him (he was away), he checked in with us to make sure everything was okay with our arrival.You won’t regret staying here!'

'We loved our stay at this property. This was an upstairs apartment above the host home. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was plush and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was 15 minutes away from the dock where we could board a boat to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. I highly recommend it.'

'Comfortable apartment in a great location. Beautiful surroundings with birds and chipmunks! Outdoor grill worked well. Kitchen well equipped. Overall great experience. '

'This was our third or fourth time staying at this location. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and central to Mashpee. Brian and Carol (hosts) are excellent. The property is adjacent to two open space areas with trails for running or birding. There are also good cycling routes nearby suitable for adult cyclists. The hosts also make available beach chairs and towels that you can take to the beach. We expect to be back next summer!'

'Color scheme is warm and inviting. Water pressure in shower is perfect. Full size bed is soft and just the right amount of firmness/softness. Never wanted to leave the kitchen. '

'Great location within a neighborhood. Host was very helpful with recommendations, as well as supplying everything we may have needed for the trip, even including dog treats, bowls, and a toy! Location came with helpful tips leaving no questions unanswered. The separate yard was useful with the dog and it was nice to have that access. Overall great host and experience - would highly recommend, especially those with dogs! '

"Fantastisch hotel. Alles goed verzorgd en heerlijke plek om tijdens een rondreis even bij te komen. Zwembad was ook heel fijn met fijne ligbedden en schone handdoeken. Eten in restaurant ook heerlijk. Personeel ook heel vriendelijk. Leuk thema als je het verhaal van Jimmy kent. "
