The place was spacious and clean with nice amenities, The location is awesome—walking distance to the L, many great restaurants, close proximity to Bucktown and Wicker Park, as well as right off the expressway for easy city exploration. 'The place was roomy and could be much better with new flooring (the carpeting was stained and appeared very worn and dirty). It also had a heavy perfume smell. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean. If you want to park, arrange it ahead of time. We arrived on a Friday evening and Inez was unable to get parking passes for us until Monday so we had to continuously deal with moving our vehicle and finding other parking. 'Our group of 6 enjoyed a nice comfortable stay. The townhouse is in the great neighborhood of Wicker Park which was walkable to great restaurants, nightlife and the L train. Would definitely stay again. We had a few thoughts to make it even more comfortable. There is only one couch in the front room so for a larger group it would be nice to have something like a love seat to have another comfy seating arrangement.
