'Rooms were nice and clean. Two pools bars and restaurants on resort. I really enjoyed my stay.'

'The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The beach also was not crowded at all. The pools were beautiful, clean, and excellent as well. Our room, however, didn't get cleaned the first day. There were stains on the sheets, pillow cases, and towels. There was a lot of hair and dirt in the corners of the rooms, like it wasn't swept well.'

'During our stay in Room 1606, we experienced a serious issue that significantly affected the quality of our stay. Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. Even more concerning, however, was that at night we could hear conversations from the neighboring room through the vent with remarkable clarity.
