'Wonderful host, great old house to explore, like a museum with a Brit twist! Great wrap around porch. Teacups, plentiful tea and coffee in room. Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.'

This area seems to be a popular place for people without homes to sleep for the night and hang out all day. You have to navigate entering a code to get into the building at night, which puts you in a very exposed situation. If you are a solo female, forget walking to or from the building at night. Our flight was so early that it really didn’t matter however if we had wanted to go to get something. And come back we couldn’t.
