We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.'
