'Perfect location near to bars restaurants..very nice staff...only walls are thin'

'I messaged the hotel via the Expedia app to add my guests names to the reservation and advise they would be arriving 1 day late. They responded that this was updated on the booking. When my guests arrived the reservation had been cancelled and they refused let them stay even though they had already agreed to the updates and I had paid in full for the entire booking. My guests were without a room and the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Expedia, why you allow this to happen is beyond me.'

'Het was gewoon super goed!'

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. '

'Mooie ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, soms wat luidruchtig maar perfect gelegen in Little Italy.'

'Staff was very helpful'

'We had a phenomenal time! Gabriel took care of us from beginning of the trip to the end. He was so accommodating! We had a phenomenal view of Petco Park from our room, and even got to enjoy a concert from our room during the stay. Would 100% stay here again!'

'Great location, on walking distance of the Convention Center, Sea Port Village and the Aircraft Carrier used in the movie Top Gun.'

'The rooms were great and the view we got was awesome. I understand parking is difficult but the pricing for Valet parking was expensive, $65 per night. I realized too late that the valet was simply driving my car across from the hotel. Frankly I could have done that myself and saved some money. There was some construction going on, maybe they are building their own parking spot? Aside from the parking, the experience was good.'

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'
