'The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. 'We had a great stay at the Key West Style Cottage. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a nice private pool and hot tub that added to the overall experience—even though we only had a chance to use the pool briefly.What really stood out, though, was the location. Dunedin is a fantastic town with a lot of character, and our timing lined up perfectly with the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. 'Location, location, location! This sweet cottage is just steps from downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail. We had everything we needed to make a few meals, rest and relax when we weren’t out and about checking out the local restaurants and shops, or walking through the nearby quant neighborhood and along the beautiful waterfront, just a few blocks away. Our host, Jennifer was wonderful to work with, very welcoming! '

'Walkable to downtown and a great chicken place called Jardin de Pollo that is super close! Pool area was relaxing and I enjoyed that there was a designated lot to park that was not street parking. '

'The room was equipped for my stay. Clean and quiet. More of an air b&b. I don’t have any complaints but the TV. I could not get any local channels to come up. I feel like there should be some channels and you should not have to watch your own YouTube or Netflix.'
