'Nice spot in the middle of all the action!!'

'Was welcomed to our room where many dead and alive ants were present in our “clean” room... The amount of both had our family disgusted as the receptionist told us how ants are at her house too instead of the issue of them being in our pricey hotel room. Moved to a new room where the air conditioner was faulty and floors just dirty. Maintenance guy was super helpful and understanding. Contacted Expedia asking if we had the option to go elsewhere but they contacted the hotel who ensured they...
