'I requested in advance, for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. They allocated me to a room facing the road on the second floor which I could hear quite clearly. When I asked if they could move me they said they would the following day. When I spoke to them the next morning they offered me a room right next to the elevator. 'This hotel is really very nice, clean, safe with excellent breakfast and staff. There are alot of security features in place. Covered parking is a necessity with a fee. Pay it and dont complain. Key card access only. We were going to an event on UT campus and this hotel is very convenient. Just be aware that downtown Austin is not a safe place so a hotel like this one is worth every penny.'

'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation.
The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all.
To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and...
