'Rooms where excellent and clean. Friendly and Good service by employes! '

'The room was very damp, leaving clothes, bags, food out'

'It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin.'

'Nice rooms with shared bathrm. Friendly staff. Limited restaurant/bar hours. Excellent for SXSW. '

'This was an amazing place! Beautiful property, perfect location. I would return again and again!'

'Neat, clean place. Great communication before and during stay.'

'Booked a very nice room for my daughter for her 21st birthday and she was DOWNGREADED to a lesser room upon arrival. Not impressed with how she was treated and that we did not get the room that was paid for.'

'Amazing staff, resturant on property, pool amazing with rooftop views. A more laid back feeling with the excitement of Austin in the background. Charming'

'Very happy with the place. Spacious bedrooms, modern tech, and hosts were very nice and responsive.'

'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. 'Good property'

'It was a very nice stay'

'This was hands down one of the best vacations I have taken. It’s super close to Austin and there’s a horseback trail ride across the freeway. The amenities are great. The hot tub was always hot and the sauna worked great. Super nice place to go for a romantic getaway. A lot of great places to take pictures. The owners were super attentive and super nice.'

'Great stay. Prime location right on 6th street so you know it was a party! Had a couple things not working property manager came quickly and fixed them! Will definitely stay here again.'
