'Beyond convenient location to Roger Williams Park/Zoo and a short drive to downtown Providence. Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts were family friendly and provided us with a pack and play for our toddler son. Would stay here again!'

We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture. 'Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. 'As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a...

'It’s a great spot, just be aware that the smaller bedroom sits on the street side of the house, so you could hear that on a busy weekend. Although, Jennifer has sound machines in the bedrooms that helps cure that!'
