'The dead bolt locked my son in his room and the maintenance/cook guy eventually arrived to tell him thats just the way the lock is. This could have been a life threatening situation. The lock needs replaced! The ice machine was broken. The breakfast tasted like mold (obviously hasn't been clean in who knows when). The breakfast was the worst frozen microwaved eggs and sausage. The front desk tool personal calls on speaker phone while checking us and others in. Not emergency type stuff, leisurely...

'The reception was not manned, although someone showed up to check me in after about 5mins. The room smelled musty and damp. The pillows were small. The blinds on the window did not work. I couldn't close them completely so there was a lot of light coming in. Someone was using a power washer to wash their car outside the room three doors down. It was very noisy and they did not stop until around 11pm. When I left at 8am the following morning there was nobody in reception and no breakfast was...

'The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.'

'Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.'
