'Positive: beach was walking distance, publix next door, quiet not noisy neighbors, location A+ Negative: bedsheets not clean- hair and dirt from previous guests, headboard lose and when tossing or turning extremely noisy, hole in the bathroom wall, looks like unfinished or left during repair. 'The place was clean, and I really liked that it had two beds and two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for our stay.There are a few updates that would make the experience even better. The unit could benefit from new curtains or blackout shades, as the current window coverings don't provide much privacy and allow quite a bit of sunlight in during the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.The exterior of the building could also use some improvements, as it appears a bit dated....

'Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony...
