'Beautiful hotel in a great and quite location of Kyoto. Upon arrival our forwarded luggage was waiting for us on our well appointed executive room, it was big enough for our family of three.Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the most gorgeous view to the mountains. Walking distance to Gion and so many temples. Service at the hotel is top notch. And the shuttle bus to/from the station is a great addition. Could not have stayed in a better place than this. We will certainly recommend...

'What a gem!! We stayed for 4 days. Had to readjust our arrival and departure date at last minute due to typhoon Shanshan☹️. They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon.We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything.
