'Room wasn't ready upon arrival, it smelled like it was recently painted which was overwhelming, pool wasn't usable and was filthy, overall disappointing. Staff was trying, but seemed untrained and lost. It has potential, just needs some direction'

'Very clean and most staff was very helpful. If you are a smoker and happen to smoke by an ash tray, LOOK OUT! Security will make up the rules as they see fit and decide where the smoking sections are. 'Wanted to use the pool but there was so much goose poop in the water it was gross. The showers for the pool were not close to hotel for ease of access. Suggest that they put a net over the pool (like they do in Florida) to keep the birds out. It would also help if there was a door closer to the Uber lift area instead of walking from the hotel to the main door and then to the Uber area. Could eliminate 1000 yards of walking by doing this. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms.
