'The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices. '

'A week long stay. It was clean and had all the thing's we needed. A little noisy at night but thats a given considering the location. It was a good place to stay. And the customer service was very helpful when i couldnt get the code to the door to work. Thanks. '

'The communicarion regarding our stay was excellent. No surprises. We heard from the staff before, during and after our stay. We had one minor problem (no wifi) and they had it fixed quickly. The location was just what we were looking for - close to Vanderbilt Hospital. The room was comfortable, clean, and we appreciated all the extras - washer and dryer, a full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, free parking right out front and on the street.
