'The staff were so friendly &welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean, but not very many amenities included. I may just be used to the hotels I’ve been to before (in Japan). 'The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay.
