I was on the wrong floor, then the wrong section, and the wrong gate section. Three different phone calls to get to the right area. 'We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off.
