'This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property listing was completely misleading. It advertised WiFi (there was none), two Queen beds (only one Full bed was in the unit), and a working smart lock—which failed within hours. I never received the access code or unit number until after the scheduled check-in time, and only because I asked. 'The property was clean, updated & super conveniently located to everything nearby. Its a 1/1 but truly has a lot of space. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked and they even had an extra cot in the closet to use. I stayed with my 5yo and 1yo sons. We had a great time enjoying the pool & game area. Truly loved our stay. The property manager was available to text and responded quickly to all of my questions. Seriously such a great stay!'

'I booked this room with VRBO and the host would not answer any emails. I arrived at night and had yet to receive any information on how to get into my room. I arrived at the room and the office was closed. I reached out to VRBO who was wonderful. After a failed attempt to reach the host several times, they decided I should get a full refund. The host has been suspended from VRBO. I received a full refund and still had to find another room that night where most hotels were booked. I would not...

'Lofts on Lee is such a great place to stay. Robert and Sherry were so welcoming. Their communication was the best. They did such a great job in the renovation of this historic building. Their coffee shop below was an added bonus. Highly recommend!'
