'The Chill Avacado is accurately named! I had to move a couple hanging Avacado away from my van so the slider would close. The orchard is pretty cool to observe. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Since the apartment is adjacent to a working orchard I feared there would be lots of morning noise. Instead all I heard was the neighbor’s chickens saying good morning.I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.'

'Just needed a clean place to sleep, and this fit that need perfectly. Having free local calls included was a nice bonus.'

'Rooms included both cable TVs and refrigerators which helped keep things relaxed indoors after visiting Conejo Valley Botanic Gardens or Los Robles Greens Golf Course during daytime trips nearby'

'Two nights here and zero complaints about space or convenience. Close enough to the ocean and shopping center which helped us move around easily as a group. Pool time after golf rounds stood out as a highlight for everyone.'

'House was as advertised. Parking was easy. We had a truck and couldn’t fit into the garage but were able to find spots without any issues. '

'We came up to the area for the weekend. It was a great weekend stay, place was nice along with the amenities in the apartment complex. We also loved that it was gated. However, there were some things when we arrived that weren’t clean, dishes weren’t very clean we had to wash them before using and neither were our sheets. Almost like it had dog hair in them. However when we let our host know, they did accommodate it all and gave us new sheets and helped us out. Communicate with them was great!'

'I liked that the fridge stayed cold and having a terrace gave us outdoor space. The beds were comfortable for two after long days visiting places like Moorpark College nearby.'

'Having parking right outside was very helpful. The room featured AC, a fridge, and free local calls which came in handy. Shower size was also sufficient.'

'Small fridge plus quick checkout made things simple when I left early morning.'

'Room felt average compared to other motels but everything worked fine including Wi-Fi and heating.'

'Not flashy but practical with parking close by and a pool outside that looked usable. Basic cable TV added some entertainment.'

'It was such a pleasant stay! Thank you!'

'Lovely and quiet neighborhood, wish we brought bikes to ride around! We also really appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The room and bathroom were also extremely spacious. Would love to stay here again : )'

'Tired after the drive, glad we found a space suitable for our group. The fridge was handy for snacks and drinks, with parking right outside our door making unloading simple.'

'When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the Vrbo. There were leaves all around the outside and the patio was dirty. Inside it was bare bones. There were five glasses that were plastic and old. It was not up to the price I paid. I was surprised and we left early. No pride in ownership. Host was great. And it was clean inside.'

'Nice little getaway spot'

'Enjoyed peaceful walks just a few blocks to the beach every morning.'

'Everything was great.'
