'Very small room. Clean, comfortable bed, but tight to move around. Adequate for one night stay. Very walkable neighborhood. No separate sink for kitchen area, but can't really cook, so not an issue. Only one comfortable seat, so if traveling with someone, one must sit on bed. '

I did reach out and was told by host that VRBO would be sending check in info. When I then reached out again host told me he would send codes the day of. That didnt work for me as I was going to be on the road for 7 hours, i did call VRBO they said if I did not hear from the host within the hour they...

'Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. '

It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus.
