'Although I did not like paying an additional fee for parking in an unsecured lot, this is my only complaint about my stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff at the Chandler location were wonderful. A super friendly greeting every time I passed through the lobby. Any issues or concerns with my accommodations were addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. This is a great place to stay. '
