'The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.'

'The property offered the basics and was generally enjoyable. It's in a good location and just a short ride to restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed use of the (unheated) pool and backyard - the weather was surprisingly warm enough at the end of December. It was rather sparsely furnished compared to other places we've stayed at - no bed side tables or lamps, and not enough glassware for the 8 of us. Bear in mind there is no door on the downstairs bedroom, which was a little awkward but...
