'Loved the amenities at this property. The grotto swim up bar, and outdoor bar and grill. My only negative is that when entering our room it was not appealing at all. There was all white and gray and I expected a tropical feel, it was not exciting at all, very sterile looking. I've stayed at other beach side resorts and this one was a let down with the inside decor. '

'The view was great. The room was missing controls for tv dvd. The Dvd didnt work. Main room rug was not all there. Bord with nails sticking up on the floor. Our kids could of stepped on them. Water umbrella was out of order. Kids only had pool. Bbq pits are bu the parking garage next to trash cans. '

'Entree is somber. Ontbijt is een lachertje: papieren borden, plastic wegwerp bestek. Geen mogelijkheid om koffer achter te laten na het uitchecken. Dat gaat alleen maar als er voor één nacht bijgeboekt wordt. "The manager will not allow me to place hour bagage here." aldus de receptioniste. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.'

'We stayed here for our Anniversary and we could not have made a better choice. When we got there it was really quiet and not very crowded. The guy at the front desk upgraded our room for free so we had a view of the ocean. I had read some reviews online that they was remodeling and I’m pretty sure they were but we only heard or saw them on our first day and that was when we was leaving to hangout in town. We definitely got one of the renovated rooms and they look great. The only problem I saw...
