'The home was very clean, however the internet was out and had been for at least week prior and there was no communication telling us that until we were checked in. The reason the internet is important is because it is the only way the television worked. In addition, the service for our cell phones was very poor and no Wi-Fi made it impossible to get a signal. Unfortunately, it rained and was cold all day on Tuesday. Before we left for the day my mom had me turn the heat on so when we got back...

Only downside was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pullout was kinda small. '

'Family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-6). Home had tons of room for everyone. Highlight was the beautiful well kept pool - great area to gather. Set up well for all ages. Hot tub & sauna also got quite a bit of use. We did use the lake for kayaking and paddle board a bit, but the kids were not fond of the beach area, so not much time playing there. Good location for stores and proximity to Muskegon farmer’s market/downtown area. We also went to Grand Haven for dinner, sunset & musical...
